Architecture
Sitting with you and all stakeholders, your MAHN team will ask a number of questions to help us get a real feel for your needs so that together a clear brief can be established with a realistic budget. This requirements gathering session really helps reduce your overall design costs and helps ensure that your project is completed on time and on budget by identifying and reducing any potential issues early on. After this point, the initial concept work can begins. This is where your MAHN team prepares early design concepts which start bringing to life your ideas. Your floorplan and layout are designed at this stage, the position of the building or renovation is also shown on top of your site plan so you can understand the way the building responds to things like sunlight and breezes.
Surveying
We also house a team of Land surveyors offering specialist quality expert advice on a range of surveying services. We service the whole of the Sydney area and pride ourselves on being very responsive and available when required. We understand the construction indunstry demands on projects, and are quick to respond to requests for work to be carried out. We currently have a team of twenty two staff in the survey team which range from onsite surveyors, Registered Surveyors, Draftspersons and senior management.
Engineering
MAHN Design has in house engineers. The expertise is enhanced by utilising the latest in cutting edge computer technology that cover all aspects of engineering design, as well as keeping up to date with all of the latest information and news which will allows us to use the latest in engineering strategies & techniques. Our team of dedicated Engineering and Project Management specialists focus on delivering the best services and projects for our clients.
Town & Urban Planning
Most projects will require approval from your Local Council and will be submitted as an Development Application (DA). MAHN take care of all your plans and drawings required for this approval process to begin, including preparing the application forms and submitting them to the local council. If required, MAHN also act on your behalf during negotiations with the other statutory bodies such as Sydney Water.
